Anisa El-Amin is the Founder and Managing Director of El-Amin DataSphere Technologies Inc., a Canadian governance and decision intelligence company focused on helping organizations make more accountable, transparent, and human-centered decisions.
With more than 22 years of experience in data, analytics, governance, and organizational transformation, Anisa has worked across public, nonprofit, healthcare, research, and community sectors. Throughout her career, she observed a recurring challenge: organizations often make decisions based on data that is technically accurate but incomplete, overlooking the human consequences, trust implications, and long-term impact on the people they serve.
This insight led to the creation of Compassion AI Governance™, an emerging AI-enabled governance platform, and the Numbers with Heart™ Framework, a human-centered approach that helps organizations evaluate trust, fairness, accountability, and human impact alongside traditional performance measures.
